We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery. However, we do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees that may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover any additional import duties, customs, and taxes.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to contact@Richmondxvii.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or modified.

Valid for all countries, except Russia: If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it. You will either receive a refund for your returned product or an exchange. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and your order number and information if you wish for a return or an exchange for another size or another product. Our customer service will then give you the instructions for the return/exchange.
Russia: Unfortunately, we cannot accept any order returns from Russia.
Condition of products
The goods must be returned unwashed, unworn with all labels and tags left attached. Filou asks that you try the garment when you are not wearing fragrance, deodorant or make-up to avoid leaving marks or scent. Goods cannot be accepted if they are returned in any other condition.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it.
The costs for the return delivery must be carried by the customer. The costs for the delivery of the new/exchanged product (excl. custom fees outside EU) are carried by Richmondxvii.
Upon receiving and reviewing your return, will receive a refund within 10 business days of receipt of the return. The refund will be credited to the same account used at the time of purchase.
We place great emphasis on a thorough and quick processing of your return. However, delays of 2-3 workdays may occur during season kick-offs, high amounts of incoming orders and the holiday season. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
